Kobre & Kim has appointed a specialist in cross-border insolvency disputes to its Hong Kong team.

Randall Arthur, who joined the firm as a partner from the law firm Gall, focuses on insolvency and debtor-creditor matters, fraud and asset tracing, international judgment enforcement, and commercial litigation, including financial products and services, and partnership and shareholder disputes.

Gabrielle Liu, an associate who will focus on debtor-creditor disputes and government enforcement defence, also joined the Hong Kong team. Liu previously worked at Mayer Brown JSM.
“In the next month we will be announcing further expansion of our PRC-focused, native Mandarin-speaking team,” said William McGovern, resident partner in Kobre & Kim’s Hong Kong office.
