Trilegal has hired Shruti Rajan and Garima Joshi as partners in its corporate practice. Rajan and Joshi specialize in the areas of financial regulatory, corporate governance and enforcement, and are based in Mumbai.
Both of them join from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), where Rajan headed the financial regulatory practice, while Joshi was a partner in the financial regulatory, corporate governance and enforcements practice. Rajan joined in 2007, and Joshi in 2009, both after their graduations.
