Network18 and OCP Asia, a Hong Kong-based Asia-focused alternative investment fund manager, are investing approximately US$30 million in TV18 HSN Holdings. TV18 is promoted by Network18 and operates digital commerce platforms in India.

OCP and Network18 are each contributing about US$15 million to the pre-IPO investment in TV18, which is incorporated in Cyprus.
