Troutman Sanders has added Rossana Chu to the firm’s corporate practice as a partner in Hong Kong, where she was previously a partner with Baker & McKenzie.

Chu advises clients on mergers and acquisitions involving Hong Kong-listed companies, initial public offerings, and corporate restructurings, as well as private equity and venture capital investments involving the mainland and Hong Kong.
