Law firms were kept busy with investors participating in the recent USD20 million series B funding round for AMPA Orthodontics, which operates as Toothsi.
Desai & Diwanji advised Eight Roads Ventures and Think Investments, while Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Toothsi, and AZB & Partners advised Mankekar Family Office. The deal was announced on 6 August.
