Kochhar & Co has boosted its litigation and dispute resolution practice with the appointment of Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (L&S) lawyers Rahul Ray, Vikram Bajaj and Nikhil Singal in New Delhi.

Ray joined Kochhar & Co as a senior partner while Bajaj was taken on as a joint partner. Both worked at Khaitan & Co before moving to L&S, where Ray was an executive partner and head of commercial litigation, and Bajaj was a joint partner.
Ray has over 25 years of experience representing multinational and domestic clients on matters involving corporate and commercial law, general trade, criminal law, competition law, environmental law, construction, and domestic and international arbitration.
Bajaj brings over 17 years of experience in areas such as company law, arbitration, constitutional law, criminal law and environment law.
Singal came on board as a principal associate. He has six years of work experience, focusing on general corporate, M&A and private equity matters, and holds a master’s degree in corporate law from Cambridge University.
