Sriram Ramachandran, a corporate lawyer at Phoenix Legal, has joined the firm’s partnership.

Ramachandran, who has been with the firm since 2010, was instrumental in setting up the firm’s operations in Chennai and divides his time between the Chennai and Mumbai offices.
Ramachandran focuses on corporate advisory and transactional work across a range of sectors including technology, defence, pharmaceuticals, financial services and media. He has represented domestic promoter groups, foreign companies, high net worth individuals and private equity funds.
