The expanding intellectual property team at Zhong Lun Law Firm gained a large dose of respect with the announcement that one of its partners has joined a small national team of carefully selected IP experts.
Chen Jihong, partner at the firm, was recently announced as one of six elected lawyers in a new pool called the National Intellectual Property Experts.
The group was established to implement the “National Intellectual Property Strategy”, and the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) had carried an election process for the team of experts throughout China since March 2011.
