Wei Wei

Introduction

Wei Wei is a senior partner at CM Law Firm. She has led nearly 100 IPO and M&A projects across the PRC, Hong Kong and the US markets, serving many renowned large enterprises. She was recognised as a China Business Law Journal (CBLJ) “A-List Legal Elite” for 2024–2025 and named to the Legal 500 “China City Elite” list for corporate and M&A in 2025.

Wei has led several award-winning transactions, including SF Holding’s Hong Kong listing, which was awarded Asian Legal Business 2025 “Deal of the Year” and IFLR1000 2025 “Shanghai Regional Capital Markets Deal of the Year”, while the spin-off and Hong Kong listing of Sisram Medical by Fosun Pharma, and ZhongAn Online’s Hong Kong IPO were both selected among CBLJ’s “Deals of the Year 2017”. Wei’s nearly 20 years of practice focus on offerings, M&A and private equity financing.
