Building on its inaugural USD fund, Sands Talk Capital recently completed the formation and first closing of its new USD fund. Structured as a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership, the fund invests on a global basis, primarily in early- to mid-stage companies in sectors related to artificial intelligence, applied technology and entertainment content, seeking long-term capital appreciation through private equity and equity-related investments.
