CharOverride-12\">015<\/span>\u5e74\u4f0a\u59cb\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u8fce\u6765\u4e86\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ef6\u5927\u559c\u4e8b\uff1a\u300a\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u5173\u4e8e\u5728\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u522b\u884c\u653f\u533a\u5f00\u5c55\u4e89\u7aef\u89e3\u51b3\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u4e1c\u9053\u56fd\u534f\u8bae\u300b\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u884c\u653f\u5b89\u6392\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55\u4e8e1\u67084\u65e5\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u6b63\u5f0f\u7b7e\u8ba2\uff0c<span class=\"CharOverride-12\">\u8fd9<\/span><span class=\"CharOverride-13\">\u4e24\u4efd\u6587\u4ef6\u5c06<\/span>\u5927\u5927\u4fbf\u5229\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u8fdb\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u7b49\u5404\u7c7b\u4e89\u7aef\u89e3\u51b3\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u6839\u636e1899\u5e74\u548c1907\u5e74\u4e24\u90e8\u300a\u548c\u5e73\u89e3\u51b3\u56fd\u9645\u4e89\u7aef\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u603b\u90e8\u8bbe\u4e8e\u8377\u5170\u6d77\u7259\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u6709116\u4e2a\u4f1a\u5458\u56fd\u3002\u767e\u591a\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u4e00\u76f4\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u63a8\u52a8\u4ef2\u88c1\u7b49\u4e89\u7aef\u89e3\u51b3\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5728\u548c\u5e73\u89e3\u51b3\u56fd\u9645\u4e89\u7aef\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u5f00\u521b\u6027\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5bf9\u56fd\u9645\u6cd5\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0d\u65ad\u521b\u65b0\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4ece\u521d\u671f\u4ec5\u53d7\u7406\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e89\u7aef\uff0c\u9010\u6b65\u6269\u5927\u81f3\u53d7\u7406\u56fd\u5bb6\u3001\u56fd\u9645\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4ee5\u53ca\u79c1\u4eba\u5f53\u4e8b\u65b9\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e89\u7aef\uff1b\u4ef2\u88c1\u8303\u56f4\u4e5f\u6269\u5c55\u81f3\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u7b49\u591a\u4e2a\u9886\u57df\u3002\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u73b0\u65f6\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u3001\u591a\u5143\u5316\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5728\u5904\u7406\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u6cd5\u6216\u79c1\u6cd5\u6848\u4ef6\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u591f\u6ee1\u8db3\u56fd\u9645\u793e\u4f1a\u5bf9\u89e3\u51b3\u4e89\u7aef\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-Subhead-Gold-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0e\u9999\u6e2f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u662f1899\u5e74\u548c1907\u5e74\u4e24\u90e8\u516c\u7ea6\u7684\u521b\u59cb\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\u30021993\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u51b3\u5b9a\u627f\u8ba4\u8be5\u4e24\u90e8\u516c\u7ea6\uff0c\u5e76\u6062\u590d\u5728\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u30021997\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6062\u590d\u5bf9\u9999\u6e2f\u884c\u4f7f\u4e3b\u6743\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u90e8\u516c\u7ea6\u4f5c\u4e3a\u201c\u653f\u6cbb\u3001\u5916\u4ea4\u3001\u56fd\u9632\u7c7b\u201d\u516c\u7ea6\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u522b\u884c\u653f\u533a\u3002\uff08\u8be6\u89c1\u4e2d\u56fd\u524d\u5e38\u9a7b\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u4ee3\u8868\u79e6\u534e\u5b591997\u5e746\u670820\u65e5\u5c31\u591a\u8fb9\u56fd\u9645\u6761\u7ea6\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u522b\u884c\u653f\u533a\u4e8b\u9879\u81f4\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u7684\u7167\u4f1a\uff09<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u968f\u7740\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u4e0e\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u4fdd\u62a4\u4ef2\u88c1\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u6025\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u9664\u4e86\u5728\u5176\u8377\u5170\u6d77\u7259\u7684\u603b\u90e8\u5904\u7406\u53ca\u8fdb\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u7b49\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0e\u4e9a\u6d32\u4e0d\u540c\u4f1a\u5458\u56fd\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e1c\u9053\u56fd\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56fd\u5bb6\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e89\u7aef\u89e3\u51b3\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u636e\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u65af\u5e03\u52d2\u65af2015\u5e741\u67084\u65e5\u5728\u4e1c\u9053\u56fd\u534f\u8bae\u7b7e\u5b57\u4eea\u5f0f\u4e0a\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u53d7\u7406\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u6d89\u53ca\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\uff0c10\u5e74\u524d\u7edd\u65e0\u4ec5\u6709\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u5df2\u591a\u8fbe\u6848\u4ef6\u603b\u6570\u768430%\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9999\u6e2f\u4f4d\u5904\u4e9a\u6d32\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5236\u5ea6\u3001\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u7ecf\u9a8c\u548c\u4f18\u79c0\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba\u624d\u3002\u5f97\u76ca\u4e8e\u5728\u201c\u4e00\u56fd\u4e24\u5236\u201d\u4e0b\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5730\u4f4d\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2d\u592e\u4eba\u6c11\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\u548c\u534f\u52a9\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u6269\u5c55\u5176\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u65b0\u636e\u70b9\uff0c\u662f\u518d\u5408\u9002\u4e0d\u8fc7\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u4e8e2013\u5e74\u5c31\u67d0\u4e9a\u6d32\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u5916\u56fd\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u4e89\u8bae\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u5ba1\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8fdb\u884c\u5f97\u5341\u5206\u987a\u5229\u548c\u6210\u529f\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u300a\u4e1c\u9053\u56fd\u534f\u8bae\u300b\u548c\u300a\u884c\u653f\u5b89\u6392\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55\u300b\u7684\u7b7e\u7f72\uff0c\u4e3a\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u5f00\u5c55\u4ef2\u88c1\u7b49\u6d3b\u52a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6709\u5229\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e9a\u592a\u533a\u57df\u4e43\u81f3\u56fd\u9645\u7684\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u5c06\u4e3a\u5e38\u8bbe\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u6d3b\u52a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4f18\u8d28\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-Subhead-Gold-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u9999\u6e2f\u662f\u56fd\u9645\u548c\u533a\u57df\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5de9\u56fa\u548c\u63d0\u5347\u9999\u6e2f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e9a\u592a\u533a\u56fd\u9645\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e8b\u52a1\u548c\u4e89\u7aef\u89e3\u51b3\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u533a\u653f\u5e9c\u4e00\u76f4\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u89c6\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9999\u6e2f\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u5f97\u5929\u72ec\u539a\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\u5728\u201c\u4e00\u56fd\u4e24\u5236\u201d\u539f\u5219\u4e0b\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u533a\u7ee7\u7eed\u5b9e\u884c\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u6709\u72ec\u7acb\u548c\u9ad8\u7d20\u8d28\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u4f53\u5236\uff0c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u91cd\u89c6\u6cd5\u6cbb\uff0c\u7edd\u5bf9\u662f\u8fdb\u884c\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5730\u70b9\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4eba\u624d\u6d4e\u6d4e\uff0c\u67099000\u591a\u540d\u672c\u5730\u5f8b\u5e08\u548c\u5927\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u6765\u81ea28\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u5730\u533a\u76841300\u591a\u540d\u6ce8\u518c\u5916\u5730\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e0d\u5c11\u5177\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u5b9e\u8df5\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002\u5916\u5730\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5728\u6e2f\u4ece\u4e8b\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e8b\u52a1\u4e5f\u65e0\u9650\u5236\u3002\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u80fd\u6839\u636e\u300a\u7ebd\u7ea6\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u5728150\u4e2a\u5730\u533a\u5f97\u5230\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u4ea6\u80fd\u4f9d\u636e\u7c7b\u4f3c\u5b89\u6392\u5728\u5185\u5730\u548c\u6fb3\u95e8\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p
