justify;\">SPAC\u4e5f\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u7a7a\u767d\u652f\u7968\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5373\u6ca1\u6709\u4e1a\u52a1\u6216\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u7a7a\u58f3\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5176\u8bbe\u7acb\u4e4b\u76ee\u7684\u5728\u4e8e\u901a\u8fc7\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u5f00\u52df\u80a1\u7b79\u96c6\u8d44\u91d1\u5e76\u6536\u8d2d\u6216\u5408\u5e76\u73b0\u6709\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n<figure lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation\u4e8e1\u670820\u65e5\u7387\u5148\u5b8c\u6210IPO\uff0c\u7d27\u63a5\u7740Pegasus Asia\u4e8e\u6b21\u65e5\u8fbe\u6210\uff0cNovo Tellus Alpha Acquisition\u5219\u57281\u670827\u65e5\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u4f5c\u4e3a\u65b0\u4ea4\u6240\u7684\u533a\u57df\u6027\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\uff0c\u572812\u6708\u516c\u5e03\u4e86\u5176\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684SPAC\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u800c\u540e\u4e8e1\u6708\u751f\u6548\u30021\u670817\u65e5\uff0c\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u6536\u5230\u4e86Aquila Acquisition\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4efd\u4e0a\u5e02\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u968f\u540eAce Eight Acquisition\u3001Interra Acquisition\u3001Tiger Jade Acquisition\u3001Trinity Acquisition Holdings\u3001Vision Deal Acquisition\u548cVivere Lifesciences Acquisition\u4e5f\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9664Ace Eight\u5916\uff0c\u5bcc\u800c\u5fb7\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4e3a\u4e0a\u8ff0\u524d\u4e03\u5bb6SPAC\u516c\u53f8\u4e2d\u7684\u516d\u5bb6\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u54a8\u8be2\u3002\u5bcc\u800c\u5fb7\u56e2\u961f\u4e3a\u4fdd\u8350\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u7531\u5408\u4f19\u4ebaArun Balasubramanian\u548c\u9ec4\u9896\u6167\u9886\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Balasubramanian\u8bf4\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u548c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e24\u5730\u7684\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u90fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u76d1\u7ba1\u3001\u6267\u884c\u548c\u62ab\u9732\u7684\u5168\u7403\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u8fd9\u5e94\u8be5\u80fd\u591f\u4e3aSPAC\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u3001\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n<figure lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u9274\u4e8e\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u76f8\u5bf9\u89c4\u6a21\u548c\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f88\u81ea\u7136\u5730\u9884\u8ba1\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u6d41\u91cf\u4f1a\u66f4\u5927\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Balasubramanian\u8865\u5145\u8bf4\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684SPAC\u5236\u5ea6\u5e94\u5f53\u80fd\u591f\u4e3a\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u548c\u5357\u4e9a\u7684\u65b0\u5174\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e2a\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u516c\u53f8\u76f4\u5230\u73b0\u5728\u90fd\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u7f8e\u80a1\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u7684SPAC\u516c\u53f8\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u5728\u7f8e\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9ad8\u8d62\u56fd\u9645\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u56e2\u961f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9999\u6e2f\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e3aTrinity Acquisition Holdings\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u54a8\u8be2\uff0c\u8be5\u56e2\u961f\u7684\u8054\u5e2d\u9886\u5bfc\u59da\u5609\u4eae\u8bf4\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u6295\u8d44\u4e13\u5bb6\u548c\u8d44\u672c\u5e02\u573a\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u9879\u90fd\u662fSPAC\u6210\u529f\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684SPAC\u4e5f\u5c06\u5438\u5f15\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\uff0c\u201d\u59da\u5609\u4eae\u8bf4\uff0c\u201c\u7531\u4e8ede-SPAC\u8fd9\u4e00\u73af\u8282\u624d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4ea4\u6613\u6700\u7ec8\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u5728\u6e2f\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684SPAC\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5728\u4e8e\u53ef\u4ee5\u5bf9\u6807\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0d\u540c\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u57df\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7b26\u5408\u9999\u6e2fde-SPAC\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u4e3a\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u8bf8\u591a\u56de\u62a5\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u589e\u957f\u6f5c\u529b\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<figure Roberts\uff08\u9a6c\u4f2f\u8328\uff09\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7684SPAC\u53ea\u80fd\u5411\u6210\u719f\u6216\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u53d1\u552e\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u548c\u9999\u6e2f\u8bc1\u76d1\u4f1a\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u5177\u4f53\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6765\u786e\u4fddSPAC\u5728\u4fdd\u62a4\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5229\u76ca\u548c\u6210\u529f\u4fc3\u8fdbde-SPAC\u4ea4\u6613\u4e4b\u95f4\u53d6\u5f97\u9002\u5f53\u5e73\u8861\u3002<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9a6c\u4f2f\u8328\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u9999\u6e2fSPAC\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u5728\u4e8e\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u7684SPAC\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5229\u7528\u5b83\u4eec\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ee5\u5916\u5730\u533a\u8fdb\u884c\u5e76\u8d2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u7ed9\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u4e00\u4e9b\u975e\u5e38\u4ee4\u4eba\u5174\u594b\u7684\u5e76\u8d2d\u673a\u4f1a\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4ed6\u8865\u5145\u8bf4\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684SPAC\u5236\u5ea6\u5219\u662f\u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u800c\u5236\u5b9a\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u6709\u7ecf\u9a8c\u7684SPAC\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u4ea4\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u6bd4\u8f83\u5bb9\u6613\u3002\u201c\u65b0\u4ea4\u6240\u7684SPAC\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u590d\u6742\u6216\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5b83\u9762\u5411\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u8d44\u672c\u6c60\u6216\u6d41\u52a8\u6027\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9a6c\u4f2f\u8328\u8fd8\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6700\u521d\u7684\u8fd9\u6279SPAC\u4ea4\u6613\u5c06\u4e3a\u5176\u4ed6SPAC\u53d1\u884c\u6811\u7acb\u53c2\u8003\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u4ece\u5b9e\u7528\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u963b\u788d\u540e\u7eedSPAC \u4e0a\u5e02\u548cde-SPAC\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u89e3\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n<p lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5f00\u66fc\u7fa4\u5c9b\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u56e2\u961f\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6700\u5927\u6311\u6218\u5728\u4e8e\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u4ee5\u5f00\u66fc\u89c6\u89d2\u8fdb\u884c\u67b6\u6784\u7684\u521d\u59cbSPAC\u4e0a\u5e02\u4ea4\u6613\u80fd\u591f\u6ee1\u8db3\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u65b0\u4ea4\u6240\u7684\u671f\u671b\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u9002\u5e94\u6211\u4eec\u5ba2\u6237\u3001\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u5173\u987e\u95ee\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u671f\u671b\uff0c\u201d\u4ed6\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">\u201c\u867d\u7136\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u719f\u6089\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684SPAC\uff0c\u4f46\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u7f8e\u56fd\u5236\u5ea6\u4e2d\u6ca1\u6709\u7684\u65b0\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u201d\u5085\u5fb7\u826f\u8bf4\uff0c\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u5fc5\u987b\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9999\u6e2fSPAC\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u79fb\u690d\u5230\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u5e02\u573a\u63a5\u53d7\u7684SPAC\u67b6\u6784\u4e2d\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u9075\u5b88\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u4e0a\u5e02\u534f\u8bae\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p
