Davidson\u3001\u674e\u6d01\u6021\uff0c\u4ee5\u53caMaples\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u5f00\u66fc\u7fa4\u5c9b\u3001BVI\u6cd5\u5f8b\u56e2\u961f\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6052\u5927\u63d0\u4f9b\u54a8\u8be2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u51ef\u6613\u4e0e\u8861\u529b\u65af\u4ee3\u8868\u5883\u5916\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u7279\u522b\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u51ef\u6613\u56e2\u961f\u7531\u9999\u6e2f\u91cd\u7ec4\u5408\u4f19Neil McDonald\u548c\u5510\u95fb\u6668\u7275\u5934\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u91cd\u7ec4\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u53d1\u884c\u65b0\u503a\u5238\u5bf9\u539f\u503a\u5238\u8fdb\u884c\u7f6e\u6362\uff0c\u4ee5\u5ef6\u957f\u507f\u503a\u671f\u9650\u3002\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u5171\u8ba1\u4e09\u7ec4\u5b89\u6392\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e00\u7ec4\u662f\u9488\u5bf922\u7b14\u4e0e\u6052\u5927\u96c6\u56e2\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5883\u5916\u503a\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li href=\"https:\/\/law.asia\/zh-hans\/sunac-china-sidley-austin-linklaters\/\">\u878d\u521b\u4e2d\u56fd<\/a>\u5728\u6052\u5927\u96c6\u56e2\u516c\u5e03\u65b9\u6848\u540e\u51e0\u5929\u4e5f\u5ba3\u5e03\u5df2\u4e0e\u6301\u6709\u517690\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u5883\u5916\u503a\u52a1\u4e2d\u7684\u503a\u6743\u4eba\u5c0f\u7ec4\u8fbe\u6210\u5173\u952e\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u7531\u76db\u5fb7\u56fd\u9645\u4e3a\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u54a8\u8be2\u3002<\/p>\n<p
