{"id":393466,"date":"2023-05-15T18:18:21","date_gmt":"2023-05-15T10:18:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/law.asia\/?p=393466"},"modified":"2023-08-31T23:20:53","modified_gmt":"2023-08-31T15:20:53","slug":"healthcare-patent-protection","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/law-asia.visibleone.dev\/zh-hans\/healthcare-patent-protection\/","title":{"rendered":"\u533b\u7597\u9886\u57df\u4e13\u5229\u4fdd\u62a4\u91cd\u8981\u8fdb\u5c55"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"BLD_BLD-Body-DropCaps-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"_idGenDropcap-3\">\u5728<\/span>\u300a\u4e13\u5229\u6cd5\u300b\u4fee\u8ba2\u5b8c\u6210\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u5c40\u5370\u53d1\u4e86\u300a\u4e13\u5229\u5f00\u653e\u8bb8\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u8d39\u4f30\u7b97\u6307\u5f15\u300b\uff08\u8bd5\u884c\uff09\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u4e13\u5229\u5f00\u653e\u8bb8\u53ef\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u4e3a\u63d0\u51fa\u4e13\u5229\u5f00\u653e\u8bb8\u53ef\u58f0\u660e\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u5f15\u5bfc\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u8bb8\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u8d39\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u548c\u652f\u4ed8\u6807\u51c6\u53ca\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"BLD_BLD-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u7ea0\u7eb7\u9891\u73b0\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0e\u56fd\u77e5\u5c40\u4e5f\u5bf9\u591a\u4ef6\u4e13\u5229\u94fe\u63a5\u7ea0\u7eb7\u6848\u505a\u51fa\u88c1\u51b3\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6848\u4ef6\u6240\u6d89\u8bae\u9898\u5305\u62ec\u6b63\u89c4\u4e13\u5229\u4ea7\u54c1\u6302\u7f51\u3001\u58f0\u660e\u9519\u8bef\u3001\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u662f\u5426\u843d\u5165\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u4fdd\u62a4\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e13\u5229\u65e0\u6548\u4e0e\u4e13\u5229\u94fe\u63a5\u8bc9\u8bbc\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u8054\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"BLD_BLD-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u300a\u91cd\u5927\u4e13\u5229\u4fb5\u6743\u7ea0\u7eb7\u884c\u653f\u88c1\u51b3\u529e\u6cd5\u300b\u843d\u5730\u540e\uff0c\u56fd\u77e5\u5c40\u57282022\u5e747\u670827\u65e5\u5bf9\u9996\u6279\u4e24\u8d77\u91cd\u5927\u4e13\u5229\u4fb5\u6743\u6848\u4ef6\u505a\u51fa\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u660e\u786e\u836f\u54c1\u5728\u836f\u54c1\u96c6\u4e2d\u91c7\u8d2d\u5e73\u53f0\u6302\u7f51\u6784\u6210\u300a\u4e13\u5229\u6cd5\u300b\u4e0b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u8bb8\u8bfa\u9500\u552e\u76f8\u5173\u836f\u54c1\u30022022\u5e7412\u67085\u65e5\uff0c\u56fd\u77e5\u5c40\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u969c\u5c40\u8054\u5408\u5370\u53d1\u4e86\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u52a0\u5f3a\u533b\u836f\u96c6\u4e2d\u91c7\u8d2d\u9886\u57df\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u300b\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u5728\u533b\u836f\u96c6\u4e2d\u91c7\u8d2d\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u4e13\u5229\u4fb5\u6743\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u6458\u8981\u300b\u7531\u8d1d\u514b\u00b7\u9ea6\u575a\u65f6\u56fd\u9645\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u534f\u52a9\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u5185\u5bb9\u4ec5\u4f9b\u53c2\u8003\u4e4b\u7528\u3002\u8bfb\u8005\u5982\u6b32\u5f00\u5c55\u4e0e\u672c\u680f\u5185\u5bb9\u76f8\u5173\u4e4b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u987b\u5bfb\u6c42\u4e13\u4e1a\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u89c1\u3002\u8bfb\u8005\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7535\u90ae\u4e0e\u8d1d\u514b\u00b7\u9ea6\u575a\u65f6\u8054\u7cfb\uff1a\u5434\u660a\uff08\u4e0a\u6d77\uff09howard.wu@bakermckenzie.com<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #d6e4f0;
