\u300a\u8054<\/span>\u5408\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u6cd5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u300b\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u201cUNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u201d\uff091976\u5e74\u7ecf\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5927\u4f1a\u51b3\u8bae\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u73b0\u88ab\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u754c\u6240\u666e\u904d\u63a5\u53d7\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\u4ea4\u6613\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728UNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u5236\u5b9a\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u8d38\u6cd5\u4f1a\u5bf9\u5176\u7684\u5b9a\u4f4d\u4e3a\u4e34\u65f6\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u3002\u6b64\u540e\u968f\u7740\u4e09\u6b21\u4fee\u6539\uff0cUNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u4e0d\u518d\u53ea\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4e34\u65f6\u4ef2\u88c1\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5bf9\u4e34\u65f6\u4ef2\u88c1\u6848\u4ef6\u548c\u673a\u6784\u4ef2\u88c1\u6848\u4ef6\u5747\u653e\u5f00\u9002\u7528\u3002\u4f46\u5176\u4ecd\u7136\u4fdd\u7559\u7740\u660e\u663e\u7684\u4e34\u65f6\u4ef2\u88c1\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u8d38\u6cd5\u4f1a\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u89e3\u91ca\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u5728UNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u4e0b\u53ef\u4ee5\u62c5\u4efb\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u6307\u5b9a\u673a\u6784\u6216\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u884c\u653f\u4e8b\u52a1\u652f\u6301\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4ef2\u88c1\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u7ea6\u5b9a\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u4ef2\u88c1\u5e76\u6839\u636eUNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u8fdb\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u90e8\u975e\u7531\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\uff0cUNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u6709\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u9002\u7528\uff0c\u662f\u503c\u5f97\u63a2\u8ba8\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5546\u4e8b\u4e3b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u201c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784+UNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u201d\u672a\u6765\u80fd\u5426\u6210\u4e3a\u5176\u8ba2\u7acb\u56fd\u9645\u5546\u4e8b\u4ea4\u6613\u5408\u540c\u4ef2\u88c1\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u6548\u9009\u9879\uff0c\u6709\u8d56\u4e8e\u5bf9\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u5145\u5206\u68b3\u7406\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u6b64\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u9002\u7528UNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u65f6\u7684\u8def\u5f84\u9009\u62e9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ef2\u88c1\u7684\u73b0\u6709\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u201c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784+UNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u201d\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u6761\u6b3e\u5185\u6db5\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e24\u6761\u8def\u5f84\u52a0\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\uff1a<\/p>\n

\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u627f\u62c5\u9002\u7528UNCITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u673a\u6784\u7ba1\u7406\u804c\u80fd\u3002
