{"id":590261,"date":"2025-06-04T12:29:47","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T04:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/law.asia\/?p=590261"},"modified":"2025-06-04T15:24:10","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T07:24:10","slug":"clifford-chance-advises-on-hkex-saudi-sukuk-etf-listing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/law-asia.visibleone.dev\/zh-hans\/clifford-chance-advises-on-hkex-saudi-sukuk-etf-listing\/","title":{"rendered":"\u9ad8\u4f1f\u7ec5\u52a9\u529b\u4e9a\u6d32\u9996\u53ea\u6c99\u7279\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u56fd\u503aETF\u767b\u9646\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e9a\u6d32\u9996\u53ea\u6295\u8d44\u7ea7\u522b\u653f\u5e9c\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u503a\u5238\uff08sukuk\uff09\u4ea4\u6613\u578b\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u6307\u6570\u57fa\u91d1\uff08ETF\uff09\u5df2\u5728\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u9ad8\u4f1f\u7ec5\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u62c5\u4efb\u9879\u76ee\u6cd5\u5f8b\u987e\u95ee\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPremia\u4e2d\u94f6\u9999\u6e2f\u6c99\u7279\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u56fd\u503aETF\u201d\u4e8e2025\u5e745\u670829\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u7531\u9999\u6e2f\u9886\u5148\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u578b\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u6307\u6570\u57fa\u91d1\uff08ETF\uff09\u53d1\u884c\u5546\u777f\u4e9a\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\uff08Premia\uff09\u62c5\u4efb\u57fa\u91d1\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\uff0c\u4e2d\u94f6\u9999\u6e2f\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u62c5\u4efb\u6295\u8d44\u987e\u95ee\uff0c\u6c47\u4e30\u94f6\u884c\u4e3a\u57fa\u91d1\u6258\u7ba1\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be5ETF\u8ffd\u8e2a\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u7684\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u653f\u5e9c\u503a\u5238\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4e0a\u5e02\u9996\u65e5\u6536\u76d8\u65f6\u5f55\u5f971.8%\u7684\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u503a\u5238\uff08sukuk\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7b26\u5408\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u6559\u6cd5\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u51ed\u8bc1\uff0c\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u4f20\u7edf\u897f\u65b9\u91d1\u878d\u4e2d\u7684\u503a\u5238\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6b64ETF\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u80fd\u591f\u501f\u52a9\u9999\u6e2f\u5e02\u573a\u6295\u8d44\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u653f\u5e9c\u53d1\u884c\u7684\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u503a\u5238\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9ad8\u4f1f\u7ec5\u56e2\u961f\u4e3aPremia\u63d0\u4f9b\u54a8\u8be2\uff0c\u7531\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\u6885\u5bb6\u8c6a\u9886\u5bfc\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u51c6\u5907\u53d1\u884c\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u5176\u7b26\u5408\u9999\u6e2f\u8bc1\u76d1\u4f1a\u548c\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u56e2\u961f\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u5458\u5305\u62ec\u6e29\u6c38\u5e74\u3001<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">\u9648\u653f\u71b9\u3001\u4f55\u662d\u4eea\u3001\u51af\u6e86\u82af\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u5e02\u573a\u89c1\u8bc1\u4e86\u591a\u53ea\u4e0e\u6c99\u7279\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8de8\u5883\u91d1\u878d\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0a\u5e02\u30022023\u5e7411\u6708\uff0c\u5357\u65b9\u4e1c\u82f1\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8\u00a0\u5728\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u5357\u65b9\u4e1c\u82f1\u6c99\u7279\u963f\u62c9\u4f2fETF\uff08CSOP Saudi Arabia ETF\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u4e9a\u592a\u5730\u533a\u9996\u53ea\u8ffd\u8e2a\u6c99\u7279\u80a1\u7968\u7684ETF\u3002<\/p>\n<hr style=\"border-top: 1px solid #d9d9d9;
