\/><\/a>\u5bf9\u4f01\u4e1a\u6cd5\u52a1\u800c\u8a00\uff0c2017\u5e74\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u53c8\u4f1a\u662f\u8270\u8f9b\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u3002\u82f1\u56fd\u8131\u6b27\u4e4b\u542f\u52a8\u5df2\u83b7\u8bae\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u503e\u5411\u4e8e\u5f7b\u5e95\u8131\u79bb\u6b27\u76df\u3002\u7279\u6717\u666e\u65e0\u6240\u987e\u5fcc\u5730\u7b7e\u53d1\u884c\u653f\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c\u4e0d\u6539\u5176\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e3b\u4e49\u7684\u987d\u56fa\u7acb\u573a\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e3b\u8981\u897f\u65b9\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3a\u671f\u4e0d\u8fdc\u7684\u9009\u4e3e\u53ef\u80fd\u8fd8\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u4ee4\u4e16\u4eba\u9707\u60ca\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Prologue_Prologue-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5168\u7403\u8425\u5546\u73af\u5883\u5904\u5728\u5404\u79cd\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u56e0\u7d20\u7684\u9634\u5f71\u7b3c\u7f69\u4e0b\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5f53\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3b\u5e2d\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u4e00\u6708\u5728\u8fbe\u6c83\u65af\u8bba\u575b\u8868\u660e\u4e2d\u56fd\u652f\u6301\u5168\u7403\u5316\u65f6\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u5168\u573a\u70ed\u70c8\u7684\u638c\u58f0\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Prologue_Prologue-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u5916\u5546\u6295\u8d44\u76d1\u7ba1\u65b9\u9762\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u7531\u539f\u6765\u7684\u5ba1\u6279\u5236\u5411\u66f4\u4e3a\u7b80\u6377\u7684\u5907\u6848\u5236\u8f6c\u53d8\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5408\u89c4\u8d1f\u62c5\u4f9d\u7136\u4e0d\u51cf\u3002\u4e0d\u5c11\u4f01\u4e1a\u6cd5\u52a1\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u7684\u6536\u96c6\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u5c06\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u57282017\u5e74\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u7126\u70b9\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5916\u6c47\u4f9b\u5e94\u7684\u6536\u7d27\u4e5f\u5bf9\u4e00\u4e9b\u6d77\u5916\u6295\u8d44\u9879\u76ee\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u969c\u788d\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u300a\u65e5\u51fa\u4e91\u6d77\u300b\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u4e2d\u5916\u4f01\u4e1a\u6cd5\u52a1\u987e\u95ee\u5728\u6311\u6218\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5e76\u63a2\u8ba8\u5728\u6b64\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u540d\u4f18\u79c0\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u6cd5\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Prologue_Prologue-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u867d\u7136\u5168\u7403\u7ecf\u8d38\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u524d\u666f\u5e76\u4e0d\u660e\u6717\uff0c\u4f46\u5404\u56fd\u5728\u7a0e\u52a1\u4fe1\u606f\u4ea4\u6362\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u5374\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u5f3a\u30022017\u5e74\u4f0a\u59cb\uff0c\u7ecf\u5408\u7ec4\u7ec7\u521b\u5efa\u7684\u901a\u7528\u62a5\u544a\u51c6\u5219\uff08CRS\uff09\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u751f\u6548\u3002\u4f9d\u7167CRS\u673a\u5236\u7684\u65bd\u884c\u65e5\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u53ef\u57282018\u5e74\u7b2c\u4e09\u5b63\u540e\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u638c\u63e1\u4e2d\u56fd\u7a0e\u6536\u5c45\u6c11\u5728100\u591a\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u3001\u5730\u533a\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u8d26\u6237\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p href=\"https:\/\/law.asia\/zh-hans\/%e7%a8%8e%e7%bd%91%e6%81%a2%e6%81%a2\/\">\u7a0e\u7f51\u6062\u6062<\/a>\u300b\u4ece\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u4e2a\u4eba\u53caCRS\u8fd0\u4f5c\u4e09\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u8be5\u673a\u5236\u9700\u8981\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u6587\u7ae0\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86\u76ee\u524d\u5168\u7403\u7a0e\u52a1\u4fe1\u606f\u4ea4\u6362\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u548c\u8d8b\u52bf\u5c06\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cdCRS\u673a\u5236\u7684\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8be5\u673a\u5236\u5728\u6267\u884c\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u6311\u6218\u3002\u6587\u7ae0\u4e5f\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u5ffd\u89c6\u4f46\u4f1a\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u5c0f\u9ebb\u70e6\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p
