justify;\">\u300a\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u300b\u4fee\u8ba2\u7248\u5df2\u4e8e2025\u5e749\u670812\u65e5\u901a\u8fc7\uff0c\u9a6c\u6653\u65ed\u5728\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u4e0a\u5411\u767e\u4f59\u4f4d\u6765\u81ea\u56fd\u5185\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u7684\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u5f8b\u5e08\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u65b0\u6cd5\u4eae\u70b9\uff0c\u5e76\u9610\u8ff0\u4e86\u6700\u9ad8\u9662\u672a\u6765\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u4e3e\u63aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u5979\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u672a\u6765\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u5c06\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5b8c\u5584\u4ef2\u88c1\u53f8\u6cd5\u5ba1\u67e5\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u786e\u4fdd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9002\u7528\u7684\u7edf\u4e00\uff0c\u6301\u7eed\u63d0\u5347\u53f8\u6cd5\u5ba1\u67e5\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u3001\u6548\u7387\u548c\u4e13\u4e1a\u5316\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u9ad8\u9662\u8fd8\u5c06\u534f\u52a9\u5404\u56fd\u7684\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5efa\u8bbe\u5206\u652f\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u4e0e\u53f8\u6cd5\u673a\u5173\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u8bdd\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u589e\u5f3a\u4ef2\u88c1\u7684\u516c\u4fe1\u529b\u4e0e\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4eca\u5e74\u9002\u9022\u6e2f\u4ef2\u6210\u7acb40\u5468\u5e74\u53ca\u7b2c14\u5c4a\u9999\u6e2f\u4ef2\u88c1\u5468\uff0c\u9a6c\u6653\u65ed\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u9999\u6e2f\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e8b\u4e1a\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u6770\u51fa\u8d21\u732e\u3002\u201d\u5979\u8868\u793a\u4ef2\u88c1\u662f\u66ff\u4ee3\u6027\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u673a\u5236\u7684\u57fa\u77f3\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4fc3\u8fdb\u56fd\u9645\u7ecf\u8d38\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u8425\u9020\u5177\u6709\u56fd\u9645\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u8425\u5546\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">\u9999\u6e2f\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u539f\u8bbc\u6cd5\u5ead\u6cd5\u5b98\u9648\u7f8e\u5170\u4ea6\u767b\u53f0\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u6267\u884c\u6216\u64a4\u9500\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u65f6\u7684\u539f\u5219\u4e0e\u754c\u9650\uff0c\u8212\u7f13\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u7684\u201c\u6b63\u5f53\u7a0b\u5e8f\u504f\u6267\uff08due process paranoia\uff09\u201d \u3002\u5979\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u804c\u80fd\u5e76\u975e\u5ba1\u67e5\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7ec6\u8282\u4ee5\u5224\u65ad\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u5728\u6848\u4ef6\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e0a\u7684\u5bf9\u9519\uff0c\u800c\u4ec5\u5728\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u6d89\u53ca\u4e25\u91cd\u53f8\u6cd5\u4e0d\u516c\u65f6\u624d\u4f1a\u4ecb\u5165\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9648\u7f8e\u5170\u4ee5\u8fd1\u671f\u4e00\u5b97\u6848\u4ef6\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u591a\u6b21\u6253\u778c\u7761\u5171\u8ba110\u81f315\u5206\u949f\uff0c\u5979\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6cd5\u5b98\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u6279\u51c6\u64a4\u6362\u8be5\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u5979\u89e3\u91ca\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ece\u5ba2\u89c2\u3001\u516c\u6b63\u4e14\u77e5\u60c5\u7684\u89c2\u5bdf\u8005\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u4ec5\u56e0\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u77ed\u6682\u6253\u778c\u7761\uff0c\u5c31\u63a8\u65ad\u5176\u5bf9\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u5b58\u6709\u504f\u89c1\u3002\u6839\u636e\u300a\u793a\u8303\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u5728\u51fa\u73b0\u8db3\u4ee5\u4ee4\u4eba\u5408\u7406\u6000\u7591\u5176\u516c\u6b63\u6027\u6216\u72ec\u7acb\u6027\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u65b9\u53ef\u88ab\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u201c\u9274\u4e8e\u6cd5\u9662\u5bf9\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u81ea\u4e3b\u6027\u7684\u5c0a\u91cd\u3001\u5bf9\u88c1\u51b3\u6240\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u5bbd\u677e\u89e3\u91ca\u6001\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5bf9\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u72ec\u7acb\u5224\u65ad\u7684\u5c0a\u91cd\uff0c\uff08\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\uff09\u65e0\u9700\u5bf9\u2018\u6b63\u5f53\u7a0b\u5e8f\u504f\u6267\u2019\u6709\u6240\u987e\u8651\uff0c\u201d\u9648\u7f8e\u5170\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9664\u4e86\u4e2d\u6e2f\u6cd5\u5b98\u5916\uff0c\u6e2f\u4ef2\u8fd8\u9080\u8bf7\u4e86\u591a\u4f4d\u6765\u81ea\u4e0d\u540c\u6cd5\u57df\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u53c2\u52a0\u8fd9\u4e00\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u767b\u53f0\u63a2\u8ba8\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ca\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u9886\u57df\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4e0e\u53d8\u8fc1\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc7300\u540d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u754c\u4eba\u58eb\u53c2\u4e0e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u591a\u540d\u4e2d\u5916\u4ef2\u88c1\u9886\u57df\u7cbe\u82f1\u3002<\/p>\n<figure
