Hogan Lovells has appointed restructuring and insolvency expert Jonathan Leitch as a partner in the firm’s Hong Kong finance practice. Leitch joins Hogan Lovells from DLA Piper Hong Kong, where he counselled financial institutions, credit investors, insolvency office holders, turnaround specialists, hedge funds, private equity investors and corporations on restructurings, formal insolvencies, distressed M&A and other special situations.

His experience in both London and Asia includes advising clients on cross-border matters including loan defaults, bond defaults, special situation financing, schemes of arrangement and consensual restructurings in and out of court.
