Han Kun Law Offices has announced the promotion of four of its senior lawyers to partnership: Chen Yang, Anita Sun, Jin Wenyu and Estella Rong.
Chen Yang focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and venture capital and private equity. She is based in Beijing.
Anita Sun’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign direct investment and corporate restructuring. Before joining Han Kun, she practised for over nine years with US and European law firms in China, including Coudert Brothers, Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, Hannes Snellman, and Vinge. Sun is based in Shanghai.
