I read with interest your report “The pioneers”, published in the June issue of India Business Law Journal, which provides useful and up-to-date information regarding the opportunities, risks and challenges of doing business in India, as well as an insightful view on the most qualified Indian law firms. Tihir Sarkar is one of them. His strong leadership, acute business sense and great negotiation skills contributed enormously to the successful closing of our joint venture in India, as well as more recently, to the dissolution process of this venture. In spite of his youth, Tihir is a fantastic negotiator and has the ability to build up an environment of mutual trust and respect with the counterparty.
