I read the lead news item on Rohan Shah’s exit from Economic Laws Practice (ELP) in the June issue of India Business Law Journal. It must have been a very difficult decision for Rohan to move out of ELP, a firm he co-founded and helped grow to its current size and stature. We have successfully used ELP for some critical tax work and have been extremely satisfied with their advice and services. Rohan will be a welcome addition to the community of highly accomplished counsel and I believe he will quickly rise to be considered among the best in the country.
