Samvad Partners has welcomed Sudipta Routh to its partnership.
Routh has two decades of experience on M&A transactions in heavily regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, telecoms, finance, oil and gas, renewable energy, coal, speciality chemicals, healthcare, alcoholic beverages and power. He also has expertise in banking and finance, and debt capital markets.

He has worked at ICI India (now part of AkzoNobel), Trilegal, Clifford Chance in London, Luthra & Luthra, and Agram Legal Consultants, and is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
Samvad founding partner Harish Narasappa said the firm was excited to hire Routh to add further depth and strength to the firm, particularly in its Mumbai office. “Sudipta’s joining is another milestone in our quest to build a firm of international standards,” said Narasappa.
