HSA Advocates has hired Amit Jajoo in Mumbai as its tenth dispute resolution partner. Jajoo, who was previously manager of PKA Advocates’ Mumbai office, has over 12 years of experience as a litigator and has also handled domestic and international arbitration matters. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court, high courts, Company Law Board and various tribunals.

Jajoo joins HSA along with an associate partner, Sushmita Gandhi, and a team of three associates. Gandhi has almost a decade of experience on matters related to banking, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
