ASC intends to focus on areas of fiscal reform such as tax legislation, the introduction of the goods and services tax regime and the new bankruptcy and insolvency framework. “We will equally focus on developments in the bilateral investment treaty space and activities in the sphere of international law,” he told India Business Law Journal.

ASC has 12 associates, whom Chawla described as young professionals with multi-disciplinary qualifications capable of catering to wide ranging client needs.
