Riviera Investors, a non-deposit-taking non-banking financial company, has acquired 100% of Indifi Technologies from its shareholders and promoters.

Indifi Technologies is an online platform which connects small businesses to formal lending institutions. Small businesses can borrow between ₹100,000 (US$1,500) and ₹5 million.
Khaitan & Co advised the buyer and sellers on the deal. The team comprised associate partner Anuj Sah, senior associate Kartikeya Prakash and associates Siddharth Anand and Abir Sarkar.
