P&P Legal, a law firm run by Prakash and Pratish Panjabi, has merged with Argus Partners.

P&P Legal has focused on banking and finance, project finance, real estate and infrastructure. Prakash Panjabi has 32 years of experience, starting his career with financial institution SICOM before launching his own practice, which his son Pratish eventually joined.

“I believe the synergies we share will greatly leverage our combined strengths,” said Prakash Panjabi, who joined Argus as an equity partner, while his son became a salaried partner. “We look forward to the exciting journey ahead.”

Argus Partners also recently expanded its presence in Bengaluru, welcoming R Vedasagar, a lawyer with 40 years of experience, at ICICI, Amarchand Mangaldas and L&T Infrastructure Finance Company; Siddharth Raja, one of the founders of Samvad Partners (originally Narasappa Doraswamy & Raja); and Aditya Narayan and Megha Malhotra Narayan, co-founders of Aditya Narayan Co.
