Private equity firm ASK Pravi Capital Advisors has invested in Gho Agro, a Chennai-based company which manufactures and markets dairy products under the brand Gho.

ASK Pravi is a joint venture between ASK Group, which provides wealth management and advisory services, and Pravi Capital, an entrepreneurial investment management team. The joint venture’s investments target businesses in consumer-driven sectors such as healthcare, education, consumer products and financial services.
J Sagar Associates advised Gho Agro on the deal. The team comprised partner Aarthi Sivanandh, principal associate Bhavana Alexander and associate Sahana Chandrika.
