I read the cover story of the February issue (Shutting up shop) with great interest. I must compliment you on a very incisive, comprehensive and well-crafted piece. I especially liked the way that you started the narrative! It was also good to see the thorough research that went into it, and the varied perspectives brought in by several leading lawyers and in-house counsel.

From a practical standpoint, such articles assume even greater relevance when you include insights from companies like Nokia, considering that the article was based on their Chennai factory closure.
