Wong has acted on behalf of state-owned enterprises, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, employers and consultants in major arbitrations, court proceedings and mediations.
Wong has also represented the Hong Kong government in arbitration and mediation proceedings regarding major infrastructure works, including bridges, highway and piers. He also advised China’s largest state-owned enterprises on resolving disputes from projects outside of China.
