Edwards Wildman has recruited Lee Man-chiu to the business law department of its Hong Kong office.

Lee’s practice covers corporate transactions, including Hong Kong and US IPOs, private equity and venture capital work, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and lending transactions. He was previously with Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong.
“Man-chiu will be an excellent addition to our firm and will enhance our growing capital markets and corporate capabilities in Asia,” said Lorne McDougall, partner in charge of the firm’s Asia-Pacific practice.
