Ashish Prasad has joined Economic Laws Practice as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution team in New Delhi.

Prasad previously worked at Lall & Sethi (now Singh & Singh Lall & Sethi) and Luthra & Luthra, where he handled commercial litigation and intellectual property issues. He has advised clients on contractual disputes and contentious matters involving government actions, regulatory changes and statutory violations, across a variety of sectors including food, fast-moving consumer goods, telecom, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, IT, media and defence.
With Prasad’s appointment, ELP’s Delhi office now has six lawyers at the partner and associate partner level and approximately 30 professionals with experience on competition and antitrust matters, international trade and customs, litigation and dispute resolution, tax and telecom matters, and media and technology.
