An IP specialist, Dwarkadas also has experience advising clients on corporate, commercial and litigation matters. He has 16 years experience in the legal profession and has worked on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious trademark and copyright related matters for clients such as Tata Consultancy Services, Nandos, Fender Musical Instruments, Pidilite Industries, The Indian Hotels Company, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Roots Canada.
Commenting on the hire, managing partner Som Mandal said: “We are glad to have someone of Vinay’s calibre, exposure and expertise. We look forward to his involvement with our firm and ultimately being the backbone of the firm’s IP practice.”
Dwarkadas is keen to take on the new challenge. “India is now more than well placed to afford protection to proprietors of intellectual property rights [the] world over,” he said.
“I want to see FoxMandal Little’s vision and ambition statement be translated into a success story with certainty,” added Dwarkadas.
