Vatsal Gaur, an associate partner from HSA Advocates, has joined Pier Counsel with his team of six lawyers. Pier Counsel specializes in venture capital (VC), technology and startups, and is headed by Anand Kumar.
“With Vatsal and his team joining, we foresee operational synergy in our existing M&A, VC and PE [private equity] practice areas, and further collaboration and team strength in corporate commercial practice,” Kumar told India Business Law Journal.
