HSA Advocates, a firm that began in 2003 as Hemant Sahai Associates, marked its 10th anniversary in August. The firm, led by managing partner Hemant Sahai, celebrated with a prayer ceremony and a dinner gathering which included the firm’s members and their families. Sahai said the firm would mark the 10-year milestone with a series of celebrations with clients, friends and family during the course of the year.
The firm will also launch the HSA Academy – a programme to encourage continuing training for its members in a variety of skills valuable in the legal profession. “We will require our lawyers to participate in a minimum number of these courses and will make that one of the parameters of assessment,” said Sahai.
