Poornachandran moves to AZB
Ram Kumar Poornachandran, previously a partner with Talwar Thakore Associates’ (TTA) competition practice, joined AZB & Partners in New Delhi effective 8 November. Poornachandran had earlier been at Dhall Law Chambers and moved with the firm when it merged with TTA.
He has more than 12 years of experience in advising Indian and foreign clients on complex competition law issues such as merger filings, abuse of dominance, cartel investigation and competition compliance.
Corporate infra partner joins Argus
Prashanth Sabeshan has joined Argus Partners as a partner in the corporate and infrastructure practice in the Bengaluru office. He joins from AZB & Partners where he was a partner and has 22 years of experience.
Sabeshan specialises in the sectors of general corporate, infrastructure, electricity, renewables and clean energy, oil and gas, ports, banking and project finance, foreign investments and regulatory and policy advisory sectors. He is dual qualified in India and UK and has worked with other leading law firms in India and abroad.
