Before the change Suman Khaitan was the sole equity partner in the firm, which he founded in 2004 following his departure from Khaitan & Co. Its clients include Jet Airways, Reliance Industries and Cairn Energy.
Meanwhile, Mumbai-based Kesar Dass Alliance has changed its name to Alliance Corporate Lawyers with effect from 21 March. His firm has nine lawyers and specializes in banking, finance, capital markets and real estate work. It maintains an affiliation with Delhi-based firm Kesar Dass B & Associates.
