Ritesh Kumar Talreja has joined IndusLaw to set up and lead the firm’s direct taxes practice group in Bengaluru. He joins from Ernst & Young, where he was a director at its Bengaluru branch.
Talreja is also a chartered accountant with more than 13 years of professional experience in direct tax and regulatory matters. He is experienced in M&A, corporate tax planning & litigation, tax policy, international taxation, structuring cross-border transaction, and joint venture negotiations.
