Kochhar & Co has appointed Robert Sliwinski as a senior partner in its dispute resolution practice in its Dubai office. Sliwinski is a barrister, chartered arbitrator and quantity surveyor, and has more than 35 years of experience in representing clients across geographies and industry sectors.

His specialization is in the areas of construction, engineering and infrastructure industries. Sliwinski’s role includes representing parties as well as undertaking appointments as arbitrator, adjudicator, expert determiner, mediator and dispute board member.
