Obituary
Sunil Seth, the co-founder and a senior partner of Seth Dua & Associates, passed away on 5 February after a motorcycle accident.
Mr Seth, 53, was riding a Harley-Davidson motorbike with a group of friends when his bike collided with a crash barrier on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal expressway near Gurgaon. He died of head injuries despite wearing a helmet. He is survived by his wife and son.
Mr Seth’s passing has shaken the legal community. Clients and peers knew him as an intelligent and dedicated lawyer and a person of great humanity.
