Mayer Brown JSM has appointed James Fong as a partner in its corporate and securities practice based in Hong Kong.
Fong has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance transactions including Hong Kong IPOs, listing of exchange traded funds, block trades, rights issues, takeovers, private equity, joint ventures and regulatory compliance.
Fong started his legal career in 1998 at Johnson Stokes & Masters (which combined with Mayer Brown in 2008 to become Mayer Brown JSM), prior to joining Hogan Lovells, where he became a partner in 2010.
