Delhi and Mumbai-based law firms SNG & Partners and SN Gupta & Co, headed by two brothers, Rajesh Gupta and Sanjay Gupta, have recently merged to form a full-service law firm. The new firm is called SNG & Partners and has three offices in Mumbai and two in Delhi.

SNG & Partners has branches in Chennai, Chandigarh and Jaipur. This presence was established in late 2012 through a series of mergers in each of these cities. In Chennai it merged with Zenith Lex & Co, headed by V Adhivarahan; in Chandigarh it merged with Rajesh Goel & Co, which is headed by Rajesh Goel and has offices in Ludhiana and Jalandhar; in Jaipur it merged with SRM Partners, which is headed by Rishikesh Maharishi and has offices in Udaipur and Jodhpur.
SNG & Partners has also merged with Lex Consulting, an intellectual property firm headed by Vikram Bhatia and Punita Bhatia. In addition it has initiated a tax practice.
The firm is looking to open branches in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Singapore during 2013.
