Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy has hired James Grandolfo as a partner in the Hong Kong office and a member of the firm’s global securities group.

Grandolfo is a leading capital markets lawyer known for his work across an array of equity and debt capital markets products throughout Asia. He joins Milbank from Allen & Overy, where he was the head of the Asia-Pacific international capital markets group.
Milbank chairman Scott Edelman said Grandolfo’s arrival “underscores Milbank’s commitment to Hong Kong and the Asian region.”
