IndusLaw hires disputes duo
IndusLaw has hired Amit Jajoo and Sushmita Gandhi as partners in the firm’s litigation practice in Mumbai. The partners join from HSA Advocates and are accompanied by senior associates Victor Basu and Bhagyashree Lembhe and associates Anamika, Amrita Dubey, Darpan Bhatia and Bhargav Kosuru.
“It was the collective decision of the team to join a fast-paced firm such as IndusLaw,” said Jajoo.
The team has expertise in banking and finance, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors and will be able to support clients with disputes in corporate and commercial, insolvency and bankruptcy, white collar crimes and intellectual property-related matters. Jajoo and Gandhi joined HSA as partners from Paras Kuhad Associates in 2016.
