Norton Rose Fulbright has hired Declan McDaid as a partner in the Hong Kong office to focus on contentious non-marine insurance, acting on behalf of insurers in insurance-related matters and providing advice on policy and coverage issues.

McDaid joins from Hong Kong firm Deacons, and has litigated and mediated on behalf of local and international clients in many Asian jurisdictions. “Declan’s hire marks further growth for what is now one of the largest litigation and dispute resolution teams in the world,” said Camille Jojo, head of dispute resolution and litigation in the Norton Rose’s Hong Kong office.
