ONC hires finance expert to help with surge in mainland clients

ONC Partners has recruited Nelson Ho to the firm as a partner with expertise in banking and finance.

“Nelson has been admitted to our firm as a partner with effect from 22 February,” Sherman Yan, ONC’s managing partner and head of litigation and dispute resolution, told China Business Law Journal.

“His appointment is part of ONC’s broader strategy of further enhancing its capabilities in securities and futures, funds, and banking and finance matters, and to better serve the existing clients.
