Row halts hearings on advance rulingsDue to a disagreement in respect of the chairman’s appointment, the Authority for Advance Rulings (AAR) has adjourned hearings in all cases listed before it until further orders. Last year, Patna High Court ruled that the judicial member should take over as chairman of the AAR. All hearings of the AAR have been adjourned until the disagreement is resolved.
