Three former equity partners at Dua Associates, as well as several associates, have left to start a new firm called Tatva Legal. The partners – Shishir Sharma in Delhi, NK Dilip in Hyderabad and Shailendra Komatreddy in Bangalore – resigned from Dua with effect from 1 January.
