Ekta Bahl has left Tatva Legal in Hyderabad to join Samvad Partners as a partner with effect from 1 April. She will establish Samvad’s operations in Hyderabad to extend its reach to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Bahl brings experience in corporate and commercial law with a focus on corporate restructuring, project finance, private equity and M&A. She has industry-specific experience in real estate, biotechnology, education, healthcare and infrastructure.
