The management committee of Link Legal India Law Services strengthened its corporate and commercial practice through the promotions of principal associates Pratyush Khurana and Vinu Peter Immanuel, and counsel Yosham Vardhan, to associate partners.
Khurana, who joined the firm in December 2017, has more than 10 years of experience in cross-border and domestic M&A, and private equity transactions. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He will work in the firm’s corporate commercial practice out of the Delhi office.
